Topcon Solutions was designed with the AEC customer in mind in order to offer a new alternative. We do not only support one sector of the construction project but rather the entire life cycle. How do we do this? We do this through our National Professional Service Group. Just like you, our teams are working within the full construction field to office product line day in and day out. The difference is they are working side by side with their technical counterparts, hardware, software, and everything in between. Topcon Solutions focuses on supporting our customers through productivity workflows – and when necessary, solution workarounds. Our teams do all of this and more because after all, Solutions is Our Middle Name.

Training vs. Consulting

Training

Topcon Solutions utilizes trainers/instructors to share information and/or teach skills. Training is most often delivered in our open enrollment public classes or through specific company focused custom training. Training is delivered in a live instructor led classroom environment, with options for in-person and online.

Consulting

Consulting is defined as a process for partnering with customers to analyze the current condition and recommend a path forward. Consultants play a significant role in the agreed upon deliverables alongside our Instructors and Implementation team.
